Founder
Nannies of Lisbon was founded by Portuguese nanny and childcare advocate Mariana Aragão. After years of working closely with families in Lisbon, she recognized how challenging it could be for both parents and caregivers to find respectful, reliable, and well-aligned working relationships through traditional agencies.

She created Nannies of Lisbon to offer a more thoughtful and personal approach — connecting families and nannies through a process built on trust, transparency, and genuine understanding, with the goal of creating long-term, meaningful matches.
Aurora Broglia
Co-Administrator | Family & Nanny Coordination
Aurora is often the first point of contact for families at Nannies of Lisbon, supporting them from their initial inquiry through the matching process. She manages communications, coordinates requests, and ensures each family’s needs are clearly understood and thoughtfully handled.
With a background in Occupational Therapy, she brings a calm, attentive approach to her work, helping create a smooth, supportive, and well-organized experience for both families and nannies.
